Fill in the Blank Friday #16

 

 

1.   New Years is     often a night of uncertainty. I've never been into the whole party/celebration aspect of it so I always sort of just dread the day/night   .

2.   One of my New Year's resolutions will be   to not wait for one particular day to make resolutions, but rather continuously evaluate where I am and where I want to be; so that I can make the necessary changes for the better     .

3.  A New Year's resolution I've made in the past was to   idk? I always forget them   .

4. The most time consuming resolution I ever made was    to not repeat a sweater for a whole month. I have enough sweaters, but coming up with different combinations was tough    .

5.  This year I will be spending New Year's Eve   at a good friend's house with good company or I may just be spontaneous and head over to a NYE party I was invited to attend. No alcohol for me though, its been a tough month and I will not let it consume me into the point of no return (read: blackout)  .

6.  If I could wish one thing for my new year it would be   to continue on my journey of 'becoming' and resolving all my internal conflicts/anxieties/problems. I just really want to learn to be happy on my own, make new friends, learn to be a better person with the ultimate goal of preparing myself for the next few years down the line .

7.  2012 is going to be    filled with challenges, hurts, love, excitement, happiness, joy, hard work, good music/company/food, more coffee, and another heck of a year in the life of Christina  .

1.   My most favorite "little thing" is     enjoying a latte or mocha while reading a good book   .

2.   I give anything to   have a black cat mocha      .

3.  I can't believe    that this year is practically over! Time sure does fly by!    .

4. The one thing I'd like to achieve today is    finish The Awakening so I can start on my last book of my challenge for this year    .

5.  The last thing I want to do today is    go to work  .

6.  If I were writing my own blank today, it would say:   Never have I ever....   .

7.  My favorite candle scent is    anything that smells good. Not really picky.  .

1.   Love is     butterflies in your tummy, getting distracted by their kisses, their smell is intoxicating, compassion, laughter, happy times, sharing intimate movies, being completely comfortable around that person   .

6.  The way I show love in my relationships is    cooking dinner, complimenting them, buying them little things that make me think of them, sending random text message throughout the day, letting them know how I love them constantly .

1.   The holiday season is     the best time of the year. Spending time with my family and friends. Appreciating even more all of the blessings I have in my life  .

2.   Snow makes me   happy, giddy, excited, and bubbly      .

3.  The best comfort food to eat when it's cold out is    tomato basil soup and grilled cheese    .

4. Winter is the best time for    reading in bed under the blankets with a nice big cup of coffee   .

5.  I can hardly wait for    my little sister to come home for winter break .

6.  When it comes to holiday gifts I prefer to    choose each gift carefully with intent and meaningfulness .

7.  If I were to rate my excitement about the holiday season on a scale from 1-10, I would say I am at about a    4. My family is going through a rough time with an aunt in the hospital. Not exactly in the mood to be all Christmas   .

1.   A nervous habit I have is     biting my nails. I'm awful for doing this and boy have I tried to kick it to the crub  .

2.   Something that makes me sad is   parents who mistreat their children      .

3.  Today I am thankful for    my friends, books, lattes, and to embracing all my flaws for what they are     .

4. My favorite room in my house is    my room :)   .

5.  I can't stand   people who are close-minded and refuse to give a new thing a try   .

6.  If I had an extra $100 to spend on whatever I wanted today I would    take a trip to Strand Books and buy my heart's content of books!

7.  The last person I hung out with was    my BFF this morning. :)

1.   My favorite new blog of the moment is    Wendy's Lookbook  .

2.   Something I am thankful for is   my amazing group of girl friends. We can go weeks without chatting but we can pick right up from where we left off      .

3.  Something that made me laugh this week was    a little boy on the train. He kept staring at me, but as soon as I turned to look at him he would look away. We played that game for ohhh about 10 minutes   .

4. An item that is currently on my wish list is    a pair of cognac Melissa Button Frye boots   .

5.  I am excited about    the Bad Religion, TSOL, and Youth Brigade show next month :) .

6.  If I were a color I would be    crimson .

7.  My favorite way to spend a chilly fall day is by    drinking a cup of coffee or hot chocolate and hanging out with a friend  .

1.   My favorite thing about this week was/is     discovering an Italian food truck!!!! And drinking a San Pellegrino Arcianta :)  .

2.   Colder weather makes me   want to cozy up with someone under the covers, drink hot chocolate, and watch movies     .

3.  Three things that make me terribly happy as of late are    my job, my friends, and realizing that I'm not really such a prude after all   .

4. If I could only wear one kind of shoe for the rest of my life, I'd choose    ballet flats. They're versatile - you can dress them up or down (I totally agree with Lauren!!)   .

5.  My personality type is    not sure at all :/ .

6.  I have a serious problem resisting     chocolate!!! Especially dark chocolate with hazelnuts!!!   .

7.  My favorite color to wear is    pink, grey, yellow, red, blues :)  .

1.   When I was a kid I wanted to be      a marine biologist    when I grew up.

2.   As an adult, my dream job would be   a full-time English and Spanish teacher     .

3.  W hen I was younger I wanted to be just like one of the characters in whichever book I was reading at the moment    .

4. The childhood Halloween costume that I remember most was when I was    the year I was a scary person. I spent an hour in hair and make up with my big brother, but it came out ahh-mah-zing!  .

5.  My favorite childhood toy was    my hot pink Barbie battery operated car .

6.  The time I got into the biggest amount of trouble when I was a kid was when I     really wasn't a kid, but I bought tickets as a h.s. senior for a Tiger Army show and went to Hollywood with my girl friends and it was the best show ever! Worth being grounded   .

7.  I get daily inspiration from    bloggers, Pinterest, people on the street, books, and the people I love  .

1.   Nothing says fall like      fresh baked pumpkin and apple pies .

2.   My favorite autumnal tradition is   baking a pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving     .

3.  My favorite fall treat is  Salted caramel mocha fraps from Starbucks :)  .

4. Fall makes me think of    cozy sweaters and cuddle time    because    the temps are cooler and its perfect time to cozy up to the one you love   .

6.  My go-to outfit in the fall is     a dress, cardigan, tights, and flats   .
